“The passion for yoga Lucy expresses throughout her classes and on the teacher training is truly amazing and special. She makes everyone in the room feel welcome and special in their own way. Her teaching is so well balanced with asanas, breath-work and meditation but they are also fun, filled with emotions and she always creates a safe and sacred space whether teaching in a physical room or online.”
"Suzanne digs deep into herself to offer the highest, and demands the same introspection, depth and radical honesty from her students. Suzanne's knowledge is vast and detailed -- from her knowledge and expertise in psychology and therapeutics, to her understanding of bio-energetics, anatomy and philosophy. Most importantly, she has her finger on the pulse of each student-teacher's unique strength, and does her best to nurture that while compassionately trimming out any unhelpful habits or inhibitions."
“Lauren is a teacher's teacher. She has not only inspired and assisted me in deepening my physical practice, but has been a generous mentor through the years.”
