I’m Kelsey, a teacher of Ayurveda and yoga, Ayurveda health-counsellor, and lead teacher of the Bindu Institute for Learning’s Ayurveda faculty. I spent nearly a decade immersed in an Ayurveda organization that specialized in the dietary component of Ayurveda. I have developed and conducted chef trainings as well as worked with clients independently to understand how they can self-heal through food.

Bindu is an online & in-person educational environment to educate, support and develop. Students, teachers and therapists cultivate health and wellbeing while deepening knowledge through a diversity of multi-disciplinary programs.

Bindu is an environment to deepen knowledge and build careers through Yoga, Ayurveda, Anatomy & Physiology, Holistic Medicine, Women's Studies, Mystical Arts & Consciousness, Corporate, and other complementary modalities.
