There is a reason why diet is a pillar of health in Ayurveda. Diet is essential for healing, health, and enhancing longevity. However, when diet is neglected or misunderstood, it becomes a main causative factor in disease formation.
 
Our diet can lead us to imbalance, toxicity, depletion, and disease. Or it can uplift us into balance, health, vitality, and vibrant living.

We have control over what and how we consume.
 
We just need to put a little effort into understanding what constitutes a balanced diet and balanced eating so that we can take the necessary steps to implement that.
 
Our diet is a powerful way that we can take our health into our hands. It’s a way to bolster our immunity day-by-day so we can live a life free of the fear of falling sick.

The body-mind connection is designed to organize our nervous system in order to heal from intense or extreme experiences. Our nervous system allows us to build protective sheaths, sense our environment and restore our physiology.
