You are required to book all your transportation to arrive on time for the first practice session on Fall 2026 (dates to be confirmed) for Module I and Spring 2027 (dates to be confirmed) for Module II and must be present until the closing practice session.
How can I prepare myself best physically / mentally for the training?

We recommend you commit to a 3 x weekly Asana practice and daily meditation practice of at least 10 minutes.Â
We encourage you to get plenty of rest, eat a wholesome diet with enough protein, stay hydrated and find a regular sleep routine. All of these (simple yet big!) shifts in your lifestyle will support you in the process of the training.Â
