Drawing inspiration from the Tantric understanding of life's five acts — creation, growth, change, rest, and renewal — we’ll explore how these cycles unfold within our own bodies and experiences. Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and quiet reflection, we’ll honour what has passed, make space for what is emerging, and align ourselves with the steady rhythm of renewal that begins to stir with the return of the light.
