Bindu Institute does not offer refunds for any reason. This policy is due to the prepaid commitments we must make in preparation for the retreat.

A portion of your payment may be applied as credit toward another Bindu retreat within two years of your original retreat date.

Alternatively, we are happy to transfer your credit to another guest.

Cancellation fees may apply, depending on when you cancel.

Fees are determined as follows:

• If you cancel 15–59 days before the retreat start date:
  40% of your payment may be transferred to another person or applied to a future retreat.
  Therefore, 60% of the price of your retreat will be forfeited.
  
  

• If you cancel 14 days or less before the retreat start date:
  The entire payment will be forfeited.
  
  

No exceptions can be made to this policy. This is why it is essential to obtain travel insurance as soon as your deposit is paid. Please ensure that your policy includes coverage for natural disasters and personal injuries.

We do not offer credit for late arrival or early departure.

All deposits made are non-refundable and are required to reserve your space.

We understand that unexpected circumstances, including health regulations, may affect travel and gatherings. In such cases, we have options in place to support you and ensure the continuity of your retreat experience.

• If Bindu Institute reschedules the event before it begins, you may choose to transfer your payment to a future retreat or request a full refund. This will serve as a complete settlement of your payment.
  
  

• If the retreat has already begun and circumstances require changes, we will do our best to offer appropriate alternatives—such as a revised schedule, partial online content, or a nearby location—in order to uphold the integrity and depth of the experience. In this case, we will communicate directly with participants to discuss options and find the most supportive solution possible. However, we are unable to offer full refunds once the retreat has commenced.
  
  

Please note that Bindu Institute is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as travel, lodging, loss of income, or other associated costs.

We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, natural events, and personal emergencies.
