AWAKEN THE HEART
200-Hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for the Awaken the Heart 200-Hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training.
By submitting your registration and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. THE TRAINING
Awaken the Heart is an eight-month 200-Hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training delivered by Bindu Institute of Learning.
The training includes:
- Two immersive in-person modules in Ibiza
- Online study and coursework
- Personal practice
- Reflection and integration
- Ongoing learning between the modules
- Teaching practicum
- Required assessment/examination
Both in-person modules, together with all required online curriculum, integration work, practicum and assessment requirements, form part of the complete Training.
Students are expected to participate fully and complete all required components in order to receive certification.
2. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
A €500 deposit is required to reserve your place on the Training.
The deposit is non-refundable, subject to the cancellation and transfer provisions outlined below.
Your place is confirmed once:
- The required payment has been successfully received; and
- Your registration has been accepted by Bindu Institute.
PAYMENT PLANS & INSTALMENTS
Payment plans are offered as a payment option for the full Awaken the Heart 200-Hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training fee.
By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full agreed Training fee, including the additional 10% payment-plan fee, according to the instalment schedule selected at the time of registration.
RECURRING PAYMENTS
Payment plans are set up as automatic recurring payments.
Your agreed instalment will be charged automatically each month on the scheduled payment date until the full balance has been paid.
It is the student's responsibility to ensure that:
- The payment method provided remains valid; and
- Sufficient funds are available on each payment date.
FULL PAYMENT COMMITMENT
Selecting a payment plan does not mean that you are purchasing the Training on a month-to-month basis.
All scheduled instalments remain payable for the full duration of the selected payment plan, regardless of whether the student subsequently chooses or is able to continue participating in the Training.
If a student withdraws from, stops attending, or otherwise chooses not to continue the Training after entering into a payment plan, the remaining scheduled instalments will still be due.
The student remains responsible for payment of the full agreed Training fee, subject to the Student Cancellation Policy and any rights that may apply under applicable law.
MISSED OR FAILED PAYMENTS
If an automatic payment is unsuccessful, the student will be contacted and asked to arrange payment as soon as possible.
Students are responsible for ensuring that any missed payment is brought up to date promptly.
Repeated or unresolved payment failures may result in suspension of access to:
- Online course materials
- Participation in the Training
- Other programme components
until the outstanding payment has been received.
Any bank, payment processor or other fees arising from failed or delayed payments may be payable by the student where applicable.
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT PLANS
The Student Cancellation Policy applies to students who cancel or withdraw from the Training.
Cancellation or withdrawal does not automatically cancel a payment-plan agreement or release the student from their remaining payment obligations.
Where a student is eligible for a transfer or credit under the Student Cancellation Policy, this will be applied in accordance with that policy and does not automatically cancel any outstanding payment obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bindu Institute.
EARLY PAYMENT
Students may contact Bindu Institute if they wish to settle their remaining balance early. Any applicable payment-plan terms or processing arrangements will be confirmed at that time.
PAYMENT PLAN SELECTION
By selecting and confirming a payment plan, the student confirms that they:
- Understand that the payment plan is a commitment to the full Training fee.
- Understand that payments are automatically charged each month.
- Agree to ensure that sufficient funds are available on each payment date.
- Understand that all scheduled instalments remain payable even if they subsequently stop attending or choose not to continue the Training.
- Have read and understood the Student Cancellation Policy.
- Understand that the payment plan includes an additional 10% fee for the administration and processing associated with multiple instalments.

CANCELLATION 14 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE THE TRAINING
The entire payment will be forfeited and no credit or transfer will be available.
5. TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON
Where permitted under the cancellation policy above, you may request to transfer your eligible credit to another person.
Any person taking over a place must:
- Meet the relevant eligibility and registration requirements for the Training; and
- Be approved by Bindu Institute before the transfer is confirmed.
The original student remains responsible for any outstanding amounts until the transfer has been formally accepted by Bindu Institute.
6. TRAINING CREDIT
Where credit is available under the cancellation policy, it may be applied towards another eligible Bindu Institute Teacher Training within two years of the original Teacher Training date.

No refunds or credits are available for:
- Late arrival.
- Early departure.
- Missed portions of the Training.
- Failure to attend either required in-person module.

Because the two in-person modules are an essential part of the programme, students should make appropriate travel and personal arrangements to attend the full scheduled Training.
MAKE-UP TRAINING
If a student misses any required portion of the Training but wishes to complete the YTT and receive certification, they may be required to complete an approved make-up session or equivalent training requirement at an additional fee.
The format, timing and requirements of any make-up training will be determined by Bindu Institute based on:
- The training missed;
- The requirements needed for certification; and
- The availability of the teaching team.
Any additional fees associated with make-up training are the responsibility of the student and are separate from the original Training fee.
Completion of missed training does not guarantee certification unless all required components of the programme have been satisfactorily completed.
8. TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION & PERSONAL EXPENSES
Travel, flights, airport transfers, local transportation and accommodation are not included in the Training fee, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Students are responsible for arranging and paying for their own:
- Travel and flights
- Accommodation
- Airport transfers
- Local transportation
- Insurance
- Personal expenses
We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance as soon as your deposit has been paid.
Students should ensure that their insurance provides appropriate cover for circumstances that may affect their ability to attend, including travel disruption, illness, personal injury and other relevant unforeseen circumstances.
9. CERTIFICATION
Completion of the Training and certification is subject to fulfilling all required components of the programme.
This includes:
- Attendance at both in-person modules
- Completion of required online learning
- Completion of integration work
- Teaching practicum
- Required assessment/examination
Participation in the Training does not automatically guarantee certification if the required programme components have not been completed.
10. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & WELLBEING
Students are responsible for informing the teaching team of any physical, health, accessibility or learning considerations that may affect their participation.
The Training is educational but does not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.
Students are responsible for practising within their own limits and seeking appropriate professional advice where necessary.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
During the Training, Bindu Institute may take photographs and/or video footage for use in promotional, educational and marketing materials, including on our website and social media channels.
We will be mindful and discreet when capturing content, with a focus on:
- The overall energy and atmosphere of the room
- The teaching environment
- The teachers
We will not intentionally focus on individual students or show identifiable faces where reasonably practicable.
YOUR RIGHT TO OPT OUT
If you do not wish to be included in photographs or video footage, or if at any point you would prefer that content featuring you is not used for promotional purposes, please let a member of the Bindu Institute team know.
We will respect your wishes and make reasonable efforts to ensure that content you do not consent to being used is not published or is removed where reasonably practicable.
By participating in the Training, you acknowledge that photography and video may take place, while retaining the right to communicate your preference not to be included in promotional content.
