What if you could expand your capacity to meet more of life?

More love, more joy, more expansion in your career.

Our brains, nervous systems and bodies are constantly adapting to our experiences. Yet we can find ourselves overwhelmed by change, holding back from opportunities, or struggling to receive the very things we desire.

The good news is that resilience is not fixed. We can develop our capacity to navigate stress, regulate our responses and meet life’s challenges and possibilities with greater presence, flexibility and openness.

In this free, one-hour teaching with Suzanne Faith, PhD, you’ll explore how to work with your biology to build this capacity, one experience at a time.

In This Hour, You’ll Explore

Understanding
  • The Science of Capacity: how your brain, nervous system and body shape your ability to navigate stress, connection, uncertainty and change.
  • Recognising Your Patterns: how to recognise your body’s signals and understand the responses that shape your behaviour, relationships and choices.
Practice
  • Building Resilience: how small, repeated practices can help you develop greater regulation, flexibility and capacity for life’s demands and opportunities.
  • An Embodied Practice: a guided experience to reconnect with your body and begin cultivating more space in how you respond to life.

This is for you if

You’re navigating a new chapter, greater responsibility or changes that stretch you.
You want to build resilience and feel more grounded, present and available for life.
You’re curious about why we sometimes resist the very things we want.
You guide others through change as a therapist, coach, clinician, educator or leader and want a deeper understanding of the biology of human behaviour.
