THE NEXT SESSION'S THEME
Spanda
The Universe holds a natural order of intelligence that cycles through laws of birth and death, new beginnings and endings: a sequential law that unfolds and supports all of evolution. ‘Spanda’ can be defined as a natural pulsation of how all things evolve through a continual flow of contraction and expansion.
It helps us remember that transformation isn’t linear, instead, our process of growth often spirals us around in all directions. This helps us to embrace whatever cycle we find ourself in and lean into the experience, especially the ones that feel uncomfortable / contractive knowing that it will eventually feel expansive / liberating again.

Connection Beyond the Mat
Each Sanctuary begins and closes in community — an invitation to connect heart-to-heart with fellow seekers, teachers, and kindred spirits who walk this same path of remembering.
