Lauren Lee
Anusara Certified Yoga Teacher
and Mentor
Lauren Lee is an E-RYT 500, Anusara-Certified teacher and devoted student on the path of yoga. Since falling in love with the practice, she has committed her life to studying and sharing ways that bridge the physical and spiritual realms, and call us back home to the heart. She has thousands of hours of diverse teaching experience and close mentorship with her two dearest teachers, Rose Baudin and Suzanne Faith.
Her intelligently sequenced classes aim to strengthen, restore and align the physical and subtle bodies, offering students an experience to connect more deeply to the wisdom within. She empowers students to move on the mat with intention, integrity, presence and love — inspiring the yoga to ripple out into all areas of their lives.
Lauren resides in Ibiza where she shares the practice and love for life with the eclectic and bohemian community the island attracts. She is continuously humbled by the depth of the teachings and our ability to grow and evolve as individuals, and further awaken the collective embodiment.

Lucy McCarthy
Anusara Certified Yoga &
Meditation Teacher
Lucy’s yoga journey began many years ago on a rooftop in India. She fell immediately in love with this beautiful, peace- inducing practice and has never looked back.
After studying traditional Hatha Yoga in Rajasthan, India, she trained with Max Strom in America, whom she went onto assist on his trainings around the world. She has also completed over 1000 hours of training in a diverse array of traditions and styles including Anusara inspired vinyasa with Suzanne Faith, Sianna Sherman and Meghan Currie, Forrest with the infamous Ana Forrest as well as studying yogic philosophy, meditation and pranayama under the guidance of Louisa Sear, Rose Baudin and Clive Sheridan.
Lucy draws on all her experience and training to offer up rich, wisdom filled full spectrum classes that are an expression of her huge passion for yoga and deep desire to serve people on their healing journey.
Lucy teaches mindful, breath and alignment based Anusara inspired Vinyasa flow.
