This is more than a Yoga Teacher Training.
It is a pathway into embodiment.
An invitation into an eight-month journey of practice, study, self-discovery, community and transformation — a journey that asks you to show up wholeheartedly, not only for the in-person modules, but for the continued learning and integration that unfolds between them.
All modules are required to complete the course and receive certification to teach as an accredited Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, Bindu and Anusara.

THIS TRAINING IS AN INVITATION TO LIVE THE PATH OF YOGA MORE FULLY
A Yoga Teacher Training can give you information. A transformational training invites you to embody what you learn.
Awaken the Heart is intentionally designed as a hybrid eight-month journey, weaving together in-person and virtual experiences through cycles of immersion, integration, and embodiment. Time and space between coursework allow the teachings to take root and become part of your lived experience.
This training calls for dedication, devotion, and a wholehearted willingness to immerse yourself in the teachings of yoga—not only to become a teacher, but to continue growing as a person and student, deepening your practice, and allowing yoga to transform how you move through the world.

MEET THE FACULTY

Lucy McCarthy, Suzanne Faith and Lauren Lee, with support from Zara Rush
A COLLECTIVE OF EXPERIENCED TEACHERS
One of the unique qualities of this training is the diversity and depth of the faculty.
You will learn from two lead faculty members and three supporting faculty members, each bringing their own areas of expertise, life experience and authentic teaching voice.
At the heart of the training is a shared thread of Anusara that brings cohesion to the curriculum while allowing each teacher's unique perspective to enrich the learning experience.
Lauren Lee, Lucy McCarthy and Suzanne Faith have taught together as a team for more than a decade, bringing a depth of shared experience and understanding to the training.
Together, the faculty hold decades of experience across yoga, meditation, philosophy, psychology, contemplation, anatomy, therapeutics and energy healing.
This creates an environment where you can encounter the teachings through multiple perspectives while remaining held within a cohesive and carefully crafted curriculum.
This year Zara Rush is joining us as trainings co-producer and wellbeing support to provide a continued journey of care to the experience for both students and faculty.
ROOTED IN A LIVING LINEAGE
______________________________________________________
Anusara means “flowing with Grace.”
Anusara Yoga is a method of Hatha Yoga rooted in the non-dual Tantric teachings of Kashmir Shaivism, offering a pathway to explore the body, mind, heart, and deeper dimensions of Self through movement, meditation, breath, philosophy, and contemplation.
Rather than separating yoga practice from everyday life, Anusara invites us to explore how the teachings can become embodied and lived.
Throughout this training, you will explore both Classical and Non-dual Tantric approaches to yoga, creating a rich and multidimensional foundation for your personal practice and your teaching. You will learn not simply what to teach, but how to connect the teachings to your own direct experience—so that your teaching can emerge from an authentic place of understanding, presence, and embodiment.

The Integration
Between Modules
Online April - November
The journey continues beyond Ibiza, where the deeper work of integration begins.
Between Module I and Module II, you will continue your studies through a combination of online education, self-directed learning, personal practice, reflection, integration work and community connection.
This period gives you the opportunity to take what you have experienced and begin to embody it.
You will have access to:
- Personal practice and Sadhana
- Philosophy studies
- Ayurveda education
- Anatomy and physiology
- Integration and reflective work
- Continued teaching preparation
- Bindu's online learning platform
- Anatomy education with specialist faculty
- WhatsApp kula community
- Ongoing support from faculty
The curriculum provides suggested weekly aims to help you create a sustainable rhythm of study and practice throughout the six-month integration period.
This is a fundamental part of the training — and one of the elements that makes this journey unique.
Rather than an intensive period of learning that culminates in a certificate, this training invites you into an ongoing practice of studentship.
A practice of continuing to learn, to question, to reflect, to embody, and to deepen your relationship with the teachings.

A Smaller Circle.
A Deeper Journey.
We intentionally keep this training intimate, with a maximum of 15 students.
A smaller group creates the space for meaningful relationships, personalised attention and a stronger connection between students and faculty.
The intention is to create a kula — a community of practitioners who can learn from one another, share honestly and continue to support each other beyond the training.
